As a mom of three kiddos, it was extremely important for me to find the right dental practice for my family. OrthoZone has been just that. My kids and I have been with them for years, and Dr. J. and the staff there have all watched them grow up. The staff at OrthoZone has made "going to the dentist" a wonderful experience. I have 4 kids from 14 to 7 who are all seen at kidzone for dentistry and 2 seen by orthozone at the cedarcrest location. We have been coming here for about two years now, and It is a pleasant experience every time we go. The staff is beyond friendly and extremely patient with the kids and parents. They are very good at what they do and have worked miracles with one of my daughter's teeth. Highly recommend.

I give them a 5 for the experience my daughter has had with her braces AND for their patience navigating an insurance disaster. Midway through my daughter’s treatment plan our employer switched dental coverage and although "work in progress" had been negotiated in the take over, the claim kept getting denied. Several months of frustration and a very detailed timeline of communication not only did we FINALLY get it figured out but the level of detail they were able to provide aided in a company decision to ditch this insurance provider and go back to the old provider. Thank you, Courtney for sticking with it through all of the frustration! Braces came off today and and she is all smiles! Thank you all!

Orthozone is hands down my most favorite health related office to visit. From the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly, helpful, and take THE best care of my kids. They have helped us when retainers have broken, payments needed to be a little late, and fitting us in to meet our schedule. My kids never complain when I tell them they have an upcoming appointment because they love going there. I highly recommend Orthozone to anyone needing braces. By the way, they have a program for younger children to assess their orthodontic needs and make a plan for later.

I love this Orthodontist they always access my needs and there is never a wait. Plus, there is a place where kids who are coming from school or are just in a hurry to get to the Ortho appointment you can brush your teeth there. All of the staff is super happy to help you out. We had a wonderful experience! We are from N.C. and our orthodontist got us in touch with Dr Johnson while we were staying in Georgia! They got us seen quickly and we were extremely pleased with the care we received! This is a great place and Dr Johnson and all the staff were fantastic with my little one. My treatment is nearing an end here and I'm kind of sad about it. Every time around the holidays and before movies came out Dr. S would always dress up. He was Buddy the Elf, Captain America, The Grinch, the list goes on and on. I would look forward to the appointments and I would get rewarded for good grades and clean teeth through the rewards program. It motivates you to do better with brushing your teeth or studying and it helps a lot if you might need a little encouragement in academic work. Thank you OrthoZone and thank you Dr. S.

Compassionate confidence. My little guy just started a long journey with multiple orthodontic issues and recommendations. We've had consultations with other orthodontists who didn't seem to care much about how this journey would affect him.We are 5 days into treatment with Orthozone and he knows he has a group of caring people behind him and they believe in him. He's counting the days that he's succeeding with this and I am so pleased with how the staff didn't try to talk down to him or over him since he's 10. I can't say enough about how awesome this place is! You walk in and the front desk employees are friendly, warm, and so engaging with the kids, and then the dentist is wonderful!! She is very soft spoken and gentle with the kids - you are not just a number here; she really takes her time and is just absolutey great with the kids! My young daughter was very anxious and April, the dental assistant, was just AWESOME; she could not have been sweeter and really helped make the experience as pleasant as it can be! This place is a gem!!!!

I got braces through them at there Hiram location. Every time I went I would have a smile on my face. The staff is so friendly. I loved being there and they were so understanding that braces aren't fun...lol and that I wanted them off as soon as possible so as soon as they were straight they took them off right away instead of waiting a little while for them to "settle". This was 3 years ago and my smile is still straight.

Dr. Singleton and his staff are by far the "BEST". Both of our kids are currently in braces and our experience has been awesome, as well as our expectations exceeded. We trust his professional opinion and have complete confidence in the care that he is providing for both of our kids. The environment that Orthozone provides for the kids during their visit is fun and "comfortable". His office staff certainly removes any anxiety from a child that they might encounter with a visit to the doctor. The entire staff is very friendly, professional and attentive. We would highly recommend Dr. Singleton and the entire Orthozone staff to anybody that is looking for an awesome Orthodontist!

Singleton Ortho (Orthozone) is the best! Dr. S makes going to the orthodontist fun and the sports themed office is great. He gives away SO much stuff for not losing or breaking your retainers, brushing well and getting good grades! He has made my smile beautiful all while having fun going to the appointments. Everyone in the office is just really nice - couldn't ask for a better orthodontist!

Ortho zone is the best!! My friends are always complaining about something bad about their orthodontist but not me everything is perfect! Everyone is nice and they know exactly what to do! I would recommend this to everyone!!

Everyone was always extremely nice and happy to see me as I walked in the door. If I ever had a problem with my score card the staff helped me with a smile. I recommend them to every friend considering braces.

Orthozone is the best place ever! They have games that you can play once you walk in the door and they have abunch of tvs in the room that you get called back into that is always playing a movie! I love to go tho this pplace and i always enjoy going here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was nervous at the beginning, as any kid would be, but everyone was kind and cheerful. Everyone at any of the locations cared about my comfort and treated with respect as a person and not just a patient. I got my braces off today and I will miss going to an amazing place full of amazing people.

After having wore braces for 10+ years (not with Dr. Singleton) and having a son with sensory integration issues i was a little concerned about choosing a orthodontist for my children! This man is a most genuine and caring professional and we as a family highly recommend his services! He cared for my three children, listens to your concerns, treats your children and gives reasonable options in a manner as if they were his own,kids! His staff is awesome and myself working a crazy nurses schedule they were all more than flexible to our scheduling needs! His prices are very reasonable and he gained my trust which is pretty difficult to do! The kids walk out of his office when their braces are taken off with these big wide beautiful smiles - GO SEE HIM and you won't be disappointed! We recently moved and miss this office - hoping to find someone similar but there is not another! As someone else mentioned, professionals like this are a rare find! And let me add i did go back into braces with Dr. Singleton (yes after 10 years) - trust me that testifies how great of a job i think he does!

The entire experience was awesome! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable about every question and concern I had. My daughter was thrilled to be able to get her braces the day we had the consultation and I was so suprised! The technology they have is also something I have never seen. It was great to see exactly what was going on and what the plan was for my daughter's braces. Everyone was just great! I am so glad we made the decision to go to Orthozone!

Dr. Doug is hands down the best!! It is obvious from the moment you meet him that he is in the profession for patients. He and his staff go out of their way to make the patients feel comfortable and to interact with them. They constantly hold contests and dress up for every occassion that comes up, further putting the patients at ease! Always going above and beyond in everything they do. Both of my children had braces put on by Dr. Doug and their teeth look amazing! They never complained about having to go to his office and I never once complained about having to take them. This practice is a rare find, a true treasure. They make what could be a stressful event in someone's life into a positive experience. I would recommended this practice to anyone and everyone. You will not be dissappointed!

If you are looking for an orthodontist in West Cobb- I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Dr. Singleton and OrthoZone. His office is super fun, all of the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he has always treated my daughter and all of his patients as if they're his own.We have always loved Dr. S, but he won us over forever when he saved us from a minor dental emergency this week and went completely above and beyond to make sure my daughter was ok.Practices like this are rare, and I am so thrilled they are in our community! Absolutely LOVE this orthodontist. I had braces my junior year of high school, and of course I was self conscious and uncomfortable. But Dr. Doug and the employees there did everything they could to make me as comfortable and give me as many options as possible. They don't care about what kind of money they can make off of you, they only care about the patient. A very friendly environment. Dr. Doug Singleton always makes sure to take care of every single patient and talk to them personally. He would sit down and write out my options, and let me choose. It's an amazing orthodontic office, and I recommend it to anyone that's trying to improve their smile, no matter what age.
